Canada Inspires

Scottish Storytelling Centre

Connect with nature the Canadian way. Folklorist Rosalind Kerven will explore how the time-honoured stories of Canada’s First Nations can motivate the environmental movement, inspired by her latest collection, ‘Native American Myths’. Deborah Dunleavy reflects on the stories of early settlers, while Linda Williamson weaves northern sky lore, the stars of autumn’s great Winged Horse and the Inuit creation of Sun and Moon.
