TRACS – Finance and Administration Officer (0.5)

TRACS is looking for a Finance and Administration Officer (0.5) to join the team.

TRACS is a support and development organisation for traditional arts and culture in Scotland. It facilitates the work of the Scottish Storytelling Forum, the Traditional Music Forum, and the Traditional Dance Forum of Scotland, based at the Scottish Storytelling Centre.

In addition TRACS leads, in consultation with the Forums, on shared advocacy,  policy development, strategic relationships,  programme initiatives and promotion, involving different aspects of Scotland’s traditional arts, culture and languages.

TRACS operates in a uniquely collaborative way appropriate to the diverse networks, that underpin Scotland’s arts of tradition locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

The Finance and Administration Officer will assist the Director/CEO by supporting their role in delivering organisation’s mission and key objectives as laid out in the Development Plan. TRACS operates hybrid working  with a balance of home and office options, taking account of job requirements and personal circumstances.

TRACS invites applications for the permanent post of Finance and Administration Officer. £28,000 per annum, 0.5 pro rata, with a contributory pension scheme. The postholder will be a member of the Staff Development Team, reporting to the Director/CEO.
