Arabic songs transport us to the time and place of Anaeet, daughter of a
shepherd. Music and story bring us to the shimmering heat of the moment
when Anaeet gave a pitcher of water to a hot dusty traveller who fell in
love with her. Her practical wisdom is needed to save her husband and
their people more than once. With singer Maryem Tollar, playing the
Riqq, and storyteller Dawne McFarlane.
